As head of the animal facility and the embryo technology laboratory, I ensure that all the threads come together in a coordinated manner. In close cooperation with the main animal welfare officer, Dr. Theres Manthey, I ensure that animal welfare is the top priority, as this is the only way to produce excellent research.
