Epidemiological registers on rheumatic diseases in adults

Patients with rheumatic diseases are included in various long-term studies. We collect information about disease course, prescribed therapies and other parameters such as quality of life. There is no influence on the treatment by the respective rheumatologist. The rheumatologist in charge decides if a patient meets the criteria to participate.

Current studies are (all links in German only):

• Biologics Register RABBIT: patients with rheumatoid arthritis starting a new therapy with biologics or conventional therapy
• Biologics Register RABBIT-SpA: patients with axial spondyloarthritis or psoriasis arthritis starting a new therapy with biologics or conventional therapy
• Pregnancy register Rhekiss: female patients with rheumatic diseases with a desire to have a child or during pregnany
• National Database –Kerndokumentation: atients with rheumatic diseases in routine care
• TARISMA: research network for improving care for patients with musculoskeletal diseases
