The DRFZ is at the centre of a wide-ranging network of national and international partners dedicated to research into inflammation and rheumatic diseases. These diseases pose an enormous challenge worldwide, and only through joint efforts can we gain deeper insights into the causes and consequences.
Involvement in research networks enables the bundling of resources and the efficient exchange of knowledge and technologies. The networks also promote the realisation of comprehensive studies, enabling results to be achieved more quickly and effectively.
Our projects and partnerships are supported by funding from renowned institutions such as the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the Leibniz Association, the European Commission, the European Research Council (ERC) and various private foundations.
