Former Head of Programme Area 2, PA 2 – Epidemiology and Health Services Research

Angela Zink was responsible for the epidemiological research at the DRFZ from 1991 to 2020. From 2003 to 2020, she was Professor of Epidemiology of Rheumatic Diseases at the Department of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. From 1996 to 2020 she was Deputy Scientific Director of the DRFZ.

Angela Zink retired in 2020, but is still actively involved in the epidemiological research at the DRFZ and internationally.
