Corona pandemic: The DRFZ also switches to minimum operation

In accordance with the recommendation of the Berlin Senate, the DRFZ will only maintain emergency operation after business hours today, Friday, 20.03.2020.

The DRFZ will stop experimental activities and close all experimental Core Facilities. Only absolutely critical experiments will be continued by special permission.

Only emergency operation of laboratory services, animal husbandry, administration and IT services will be maintained. All employees of the DRFZ have been given the opportunity to work from home on a mobile basis.

These measures are not only to protect our employees and their families, but also to mitigate the global pandemic.
